6. Returns and Refunds
Please note: We do not offer refunds.
Damaged Products
Report damage via email within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll collect and replace the product, provided all parts, packaging, and documents are included.
We will not process exchanges if anything is missing.
Wrong Products
Report wrong items by email within 3 days.
You may keep the wrong product for a discount, or we will send the correct one once the wrong item is returned in original condition.
After 3 Days
We cannot accept return, exchange, or refund requests beyond 3 days after delivery.
